IS the baby swing a goner?
We were going to use our papasan swing for our next child. Unfortuently we forgot about the batteries. It appears the corroded batteries may of ruined the motor. Is it a goner? Should we just throw it away or can the motor be fixed if the corosion is removed?
Advice?
The batteries had been in there over a year
You should be able to clean the corrosion off the terminals (the metal bits where the batteries sit) and it should work fine. I have tried this on several items and it’s worked well. It will depend on how bad the corrosion is and if it has gotten into the motor. Good luck, i hope you fix it.
